We held our Annual Fall Event on Thursday, October 31 as an in person gathering to raise funds to support Notre Dame Health Care&#8217;s mission related programming and services and to celebrate and honor some truly remarkable individuals in our community.

We honored Richard J. Smalley and Donna C. Wrenn with Sister Jon Julie Sullivan SNDdeN Mission Awards to recognize their many contributions to Notre Dame Health Care and the greater Worcester community in ways that embody the spirit and creativity of the award’s namesake, the late Sister Jon Julie Sullivan.



And we honored Rosemary Fraser Ford and Woodrow Adams, Jr. with our first Notre Dame Health Care Quiet Hero Awards to recognize their selfless acts of support in the greater Worcester community.



We also honored Dr. Steven Burokas with the Saint Julie Billiart Employee Award for his kindness, leadership, compassion and care that he evokes every day in his work for Notre Dame Health Care.
