Our nonprofit status makes us different, and we rely on donors like you. By giving, you are supporting exceptional and compassionate care for seniors, adult and pediatric hospice and palliative care patients and families, and education services for our healthcare staff and adult learners in the area.

Make a One-Time Gift

Gifts made through a will, trust or beneficiary designation can have a tremendous impact at Notre Dame Health Care without affecting your current financial resources.
You can make a bequest or gift through your estate by including a provision in your will or estate planning directives, or by naming Notre Dame Health Care as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy or retirement plan. The amount left to the Notre Dame Health Care (or any charity or heir) can be expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the residuary estate.

Do you work for a company that matches employee contributions?
If so, you may be able to double the impact of your gifts! Matching gift programs are a form of corporate philanthropy where businesses match the donations their employees make to charitable organizations.
Taking the steps to get your gifts matched is a simple process! You can start by searching <a href="https://www.charitynavigator.org/donor-basics/giving-101/employee-match-programs/">here.</a>
If you don’t see your company listed, please inquire with your human resources department, they can help confirm your employer’s participation.
Step 1: Contact your employer’s human resources department to see if they offer a matching gift program to increase your donation.
Step 2: Your human resources department will point you in the right direction and let you know if you need to fill out any necessary forms and be aware of submission deadlines.
