At Notre Dame Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center, we deliver first-class nursing services in a first-class facility.
The beautiful one-story building sits amidst a small forest of evergreen trees, with flower-lined paths that lead to the building’s massive carved wooden front door that opens to an elegant interior with a celestial ceiling. Original artwork by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur line the walls, including watercolors, oil paintings, and beautiful photography.
The building encircles an open-air courtyard where activities and events take place year-round. A protected walkway enables residents and their guests to enjoy the outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. Tables and chairs throughout the courtyard gardens invite quiet contemplation and relaxation. As the seasons change, the courtyard undergoes a transformation—whether a majestic Nativity procession and display, a Christmas tree lighting ceremony, or a glorious floral display during Easter.
Each room within the facility is unique in design and positioned with a view of the outdoors. Residents are encouraged to create a home-like and personalized atmosphere filled with their own personal belongings and mementos.
The atmosphere is one of calm, loving and proactive care, with a consistent nursing staff that works with the same residents daily, to ensure the safety and health of each resident.
Every staff member—from nurses and therapists to housekeeping and dietitians—help to create a sense of community for residents and family members. Regular communication with residents and family members provides peace of mind and reassurance that every need is being met.
